Shipping & Returns


All Online Orders submitted through our DesignerSareeSalwar.com are normally shipped as per the shipping time mentioned along with the product description on each product page.

Vyan Infotech Vendor Merchant Partners will take "Full Responsibility" of your Order, if the Order has been shipped to any of the major cities, where they have used "Private Courier Companies" to ship your order.

We are delivering all the products from India, we do shipping to all over the World including USA, UK, Germany, Australia, Canada, UAE, Singapore, China, France, New Zealand, Netherlands, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Japan etc Countries.

Once dispatching the order, If order / product will return to us / vendor because of incomplete address / wrong address then we are not responsible in such cases and we will not provide any refunds.

Returns Policy: In case if you do not like the product which you received from DesignerSareeSalwar.com, please leave mesage via contact us page or sending an email on DesignerSareeSalwar@gmail.com. We are not giving full replacement on all the items, few items are hadmade and manufactured upone order request. Those items can not be return back. We shall issue 75% refund of the cost of the product (25% shall be charged as Order Processing charges.)

Customer need to first contact us through Contact Us page on web site before returning any product. If you will return the products before let us know the same, then we will not provide any refund.

Customer need to bare the shipping cost while returning the products.

* We will not refund the shipping charges paid by you while purchasing the item.
* We will not refund the customs duties or taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at time of receiving the goods.
* At any point of time the refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods.
* Refunds would not be accepted for custom made / stitched clothing, including readymade stitched sarees or sarees stitched with custom blouse. However we would accept returns if there is any faults from our end.
* Any complaint with regards to the damage or stains or stitching or any other should be reported to us within 24 hrs of the receipt of the products. We may ask for digital picture of the same in order to review the same.
* In case of product return, we will issue a refund once we receive the product back at our office.
