- We are offering world wide delivery of our products. Courier companies do not deliver to P.O. Box address, so we request you to provide full street address with pin code / zip code and telephone / mobile number.
- Please note that residential shipments to USA & some other countries will be left at door if someone is not there to receive the package or no one answers the door bell.
- We do not ship the products on Sundays and public holidays in India as our logistic partner does not pick-ups on those days.
- Once dispatching the order, if order / product will return to us because of incomplete address / wrong address then we are not responsible in such cases and we will not provide any refunds.

DesignerSareeSalwar.com does not take any item back once sold. So customer will not allow to retuen items once purchased from site.
- We will not Pay the customs duties or taxes, if applicable while receiving the goods by customer.
- Refunds would not be accepted for custom made / stitched clothing, including readymade stitched sarees or sarees stitched with custom blouse. We have full rights in stitching the blouse or changng the style of the blouse. Some time its not possible for us to stitch the blouse style as per customer's instructions. In this case refund or any other questions will not be accepted.
- Eny complaint with regards to the damage or stains or stitching or any other should be reported to us within 24 hrs of the receipt of the products. We may ask for digital picture of the same in order to review the same.
